It’s been a over a month, but I recorded my next “Yoga Explained” video. This video covers tree pose (or Vrksasana) and variations for beginners through advanced. One thing that I touched on in the video that’s important to remember is that you want to keep your hips even (which is why I suggest starting with your hands on your hips), a lot of times you can get your foot to your inner thigh but your hip will rise up on that side (you can see it happening to me in the video), so you want to work on keeping your hips even, which may mean lowering your foot.
